The Winemakers

Since 2016 with the help of our winemaker Itai Lahat and agronomist David Klas, we produce seven boutique wines from hand harvested grapes grown in different parcels of our vineyard. Our wines express a broad range of flavour; from dry aromatic gewurztraminer and soft, fruity grenache rose to deep and complex petit verdot.

The Wines

Vivid Red, 2017 – Made from Petit Verdot, the up and coming star grape for Israeli reds, this wine is dense and spicy. Rich in texture and tannin, and balancing black ripe fruit with hints of earth the wine is complex and unique. An impressive expression of the Golan. Light Cape, 2018 – A rarity albeit a promising one. Israeli semillon, as of yet a fringe wine, shines in this crisp yet sumptuous white balancing stony minerality with ripe citrus and melon. Fancy Red, 2017 – Gold prize winner of OIV competition in Argentina, this recent addition to the Israeli wine scene impresses with on of the better syrah wines in Israel today.
